Our Newest Feature: Improved Group Scheduling
We’re happy to let you know about our first major update of TimeToMeet since our launch last month: A new and more detailed interface for managing group meetings!

It shows each participant separately so that you can more easily distinguish them. If you used Microsoft Outlook’s scheduling feature before, this interface will be familiar to you.
While we’re still testing this feature, it is currently available on all confirmation pages for group meetings. We will soon enable it on all group meeting pages. Try it out! (Why not schedule a group meeting with our Demo Secretary?)
Like our classic the interface, the new one displays time zones and we will soon add the display of calendar appointments (if you use our Calendar Synchronization feature).
So what’s next? We’ve received a lot of great feedback from you over the last month and started developing the next batch of improvements. They will include:
- Better Calendar Synchronization: Synchronizing multiple Google or iCal calendars & support for other applications (.Mac, Sunbird and others)
- Registering multiple email addresses for your account
- Improved messaging options (Send a message to all, only to the organizer, etc.)
What’s on your wish list of features? What would make TimeToMeet more useful for you? Our own list of ideas is very long but it’s most important to hear from you.
TimeToMeet around the World
TimeToMeet launched only two weeks ago and look where we’ve been opened since:

A very special thanks to those who discovered our service and then spread the word so kindly. Let’s see where the next year will take us…
We’re now working on the first batch of post-launch improvements, which we hope to surprise you with in the coming two weeks. What would you like to see at TimeToMeet? What do you do look forward to in 2007? Let us know in your comments!
TimeToBlog: Welcome!
It was about a time for TimeToMeet to have a blog — not just because everyone has a blog these days but because it’s a great way to stay in touch and let you know about new features, tips and questions that we’ll be sharing with you here- stay tuned or subscribe to our feed.
Happy Holidays!
